"Fantastic e-bike service in Dumfries and Galloway"
Twice now, Jeff and the team at Powerbikes in Dumfries have fixed up my struggling Carrera Subway, which I didn’t purchase from them. They’ve been speedy, super efficient, and a great deal for what you get. They welcomed me with open arms, offered me coffee, and treated me with respect. I can’t recommend them enough.

"Fantastic Experience"
I was on the hunt for a specific Kalkhoff ebike featuring hub gears, but it seemed like nearly every online retailer was out of stock, despite showing up in my Google search results. The few that did have them only offered xs or xl sizes. One of the staff members was super helpful, measuring the saddle height from the floor to the top surface, which was crucial for figuring out if I should go for the s or l frame size. To top it off, the bike was priced around £300 less than the average, plus they threw in free delivery. Big thanks to Powerbikes!
